For Basic (Free) plan: You'll be notified when approaching limits and prompted to upgrade. For Premium: We'll notify you and you can either upgrade or purchase add-ons. We never shut down your infrastructure without warning.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH/bank transfer (for annual plans), and wire transfer (for Enterprise). We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Premium plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Enterprise plans have custom terms.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months and save you 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, Premium is $120/month when billed annually ($1,440/year) vs $150/month billed monthly ($1,800/year)—saving you $360.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. For monthly plans, you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again. For annual plans, you can cancel anytime but won't receive a refund for unused months (except during the 30-day money-back guarantee period).

No. CloudGods pricing is for the platform only. You'll pay your cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) separately for the infrastructure resources you deploy. However, CloudGods helps you optimize and reduce those costs by 40-60% on average.
How is Enterprise pricing calculated?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You retain full ownership of all your infrastructure code. Since we use standard tools like Terraform, you can export everything and continue managing your infrastructure with other tools. We provide a 30-day grace period to export your data after cancellation.

Yes. Enterprise customers can work with our legal team to create custom agreements including specific terms, SLAs, data processing agreements, BAAs (for HIPAA), and more.
